Anyone? Got mini armies? What faction? Old rules or new? Got pics?

I should scare up my Salamader Chapter Space Marines and snap some photos, though I expect they are all beat up from being in storage.

I had Dark Angels from 2nd Edition. I didn't do much with them at first, then just as I was getting into it 3rd Edition came out, all the prices were hiked up yet again, and I decided it simply wasn't worth the money. I'm quite proud of some of the models I painted, though they're all at home so no pictures.

We are now on to 4th ed rules. I have Biel Tan Eldar, Raven Guard, grey knights and some others models about, i do have a photo or two around.
I will try and get them up sometime.

Tau.
Necrons.
Emperor's Children Chaos Marines.

I love them all. :)

Eldar and a small nurgle force, gathering dust - but I might dig em out and paint em up when I'm chilling out or something.

I just recently traded my heroclix for a very large Eldar army. Looks sort of Biel-tan. Got it painted to a pretty good standard.

How do prices in the UK compare to the US? Are they cheaper there by any chance, or is the GW price gouge a universal screw job? $50 for a friggin' small plastic model tank. Utter crap.

I once had a mighty ork army but I sold it all to help pay for my first car. I have some odd models lying around, mostly VOR/Battletech/D&D.

Yep hideously expensive here,
A set of five terminators for instance comes in at 20 pounds ($38.56)
While White Dwarf comes in at 4 quid ($7.70)..
Must admit good exchange rate at moment makes it not too bad comparatively but still too pricey for me to buy much...

I have a blood angel 40k force with a nice blood angels death squad as the centrepiece. I also have an Orc epic army and a half finished tyranid epic army.. Must admit though if i go play tabletop these days its either my 25mm Napoleonic French army or my 1/300th US WWII army that gets an airing... Don't know many 40k/Epic'ers since moving up north..

Here is australia the prices are even worse than in england and so when i go to visit my rellies in surrey i go on a spending spree. The online store is better in england coz u can order separate parts like dragon wings for example, to do cool conversions

I have a 2500-3000 point Space Marine army, and I am changing to Ultramarines, gotta love the new models! I don't really mind the new rules, rapid-firing and moving great for a full tactical squad, especially into a mob of Orks or Eldar. It hasn't really changed my taactics that much so I don't mind what rules we use when I play with friends.
