I dunno how accurate these tests are with you guys but it's been all over the place with me. This is the best i got from a few tries.

Lighting fast!.....I wasn't happy when we had to switch to adsl a couple of months back but i've more or less adjusted to it now. Tis the best we're gonna get whilst living here so i might as well make the most of it. As long as it can handle xbox live when we get it, i'll be happy. Wish we still had our 20mb cable though. :)

Yep, it was fairly all over the place with BD too - its accuracy depends on server load. If the server you're trying has dozens of people using it you'll get awful readings, so it might be an idea to try this at a time of day when most people are at work. Results probably still won't be perfect, but they'll be more accurate than at peak evening times :)

virgin media - top package - the fastest its ever been is about 1/8 the speed they claim it is.

I have the 10Mb deal and I can actually go a lot over it. From gamershell.com I can download at over 2MB/s.
