I caught an episode of this playing on Adult Swim, and was intrigued by it. The characters seem likeable enough, and I'm curious about the storyline (Mmmm, mech). I didn't continue to watch it though, for 2 reasons. A) I don't like dubbed anime :p and B) I don't like watching a show/movie from the middle.

I'd be downloading it as I type, except that little issue with p2p programs that this academic institution has. Think I might setup an off-campus server as a workaround... I miss my anime.

Anyway, back on topic. Post a review if you watch enough of it :)

After watching Eureka Seven, I conclude that it's a by the numbers anime. 14 year old boy meets girl. 14 year old boy is a key to saving the world. Boy falls in love with girl. Boy experiences tragedy. Boy has mental issues. Boy pilots uber mech...

It's all be done before, however, don't let that detract you from watching it. It still is a great anime. The music is superb and it has some interesting character development.

My only real complaint aside from it being a bit too generic, is the fact that they could of tied up the ending a bit better.
