Hey Every1 I wana know does any1 know were and how to put sockets in armor?

When you reborn and level to 100 you get socket armor, or you can try to socket it in TC, or buy one for around 10-20mil...

After you reborn, Get the level 100 promotion. You will be awarded with a socketed, unique armour of your class.

Or, as Svarog (Perun in-game) said, try and be lucky, and upgrade armours in Twin City with Meteors, and hope you get a socket. (Works with other items).
I always believed that the core of what made SSC great in the past, is here in the present and future of the SSX.
