I was removing some WoW people, and I was noticing some things.
We have people on the list who have never posted, or only posted once, and in many of those cases, over a year ago.
This is unnacceptable. I will be pruning the member lists of those people. If they don't care enough about community to post something in the last year, chances are good we shouldn't care about them.
I'll post a list and the various group mods can claim them. I'll also be asking you either get them to care about the SSX or remove them from the in game roll call.
I think 1 post every six months is not too much to ask of people who join a community that is based on, well, community.
i am going to look at everyone with less than 5 posts. If you have fewer than 5, I don't recognize you from IRC, and you haven't posted in 6 months, you come off the list. This spares anyone with more than 5 posts who may not have posted in the last 6 months, only because I don't have a good way to check that from the group list.
Yes, me knowing you can work both ways. If I DO know you and you fit the low activity profile, chances are good the reason I know you is not a good one.

Wilde went completely inactive a while ago, I don't think he even got to migrate from our original realm - one of the few.
Dunno about the rest, and adamoth is an active WoW US player again.

People with join dates of over a year ago and no posts are going to get removed.
If someone is legit active, I'll put them back on.

I don't think you have to worry Hawk, I think most members know who you are. Inq is being more specific about those that only know the few in their group, I think.

And have made, as far as I can tell, zero effort in figuring out what it was they joined.
We have no place for people like that.

Will post on the ones of ours I see...
Phonzo has been inactive for quite some time in game, however other members have been using his in-game account that are quite active here.
Marshal quit a long time ago, sorry forgot to put him up there. He quit the game entirely and dropped off the face of the earth due to RL issues I believe.
Argoeff I will have a talk with.
Adamoth left us for a while and just recently came back, but he's very quiet so it doesn't surprise me he's up there. You'll hear more out of his girlfriend Eevee(Eveangel) who is a RL family member of Lili.
I am posting a link to this for our guys and will bring it up this weekend.

PS - If Whishowler (Phalan) should appear on your list, please leave his account alone. He is our kid mascot and not allowed by parental supervision to visit the forums. Not remembering which handle they used to sign him up.
Any member of the US-WoW group can vouch for this one... and all are welcome to meet him on vent etc. He can be expected to be active on the forums when he gets a bit older, but not yet please.

I can make exceptions if I know when to make them, why they should be made, and who they should be made for
Now I know
Grab me in a realtime chat and we can reinstate those who need it.

Turns out a couple of the US folks have two accounts as well, so adding "adamoth." and "Jango" to the member list.
And Phalan passed the test so its interesting that someone young, requiriging parental supervision, managed to avoid being on the list.
That should tell you how easy it is to not make "the list"

Well I just wanted to stop in and say DON'T BAN ME!!!!!!
Actually I've just been real busy lately and have pretty much forsaken all MMOs simply because I have swiftly grown to hate level grinding with a burning passion that knows no physical boundries. I mean, I was about ready to forsake BF2142 after I found out you had to unlock your kit, and thats nothing compared to the typical MMO grind.
Also I'm working really heavily with a young Counterstrike: Source clan at the moment so when I'm not working/playing a random game/working on game design of some sort, I'm typically working admin on our game server.
I'm still an SSX at heart though, and if we ever got some groups in the games I'm actually playing, I'm sure I'd sign up for them in a heart beat.
