Suggested Tabard Changes[pics]

I'm sure some of you are already aware of this but some new tabard designs have been proposed by one of our members. I just wanted to post these up here for everyone to see and post opinions. Do you like any of these? Would we want to change our current tabard?

lol it was me i proposed the change no more mysteriousness lol i dont like the current colors but i do like the design i just thought maybe we wanted like a maury makeover ssx tyoe jammy jk anyway its all good if no one wants to change it i just thought id put iit out there soooooo let us know what u think

okay....u gotta tell me what the difference was...cause, the only diff i see, is changing it from the color brown to blue....anything else???

My only thing is I don't like blue on blue. I'm more of a hot colors kind of gal.

Ok, normally blue is my favorite color, but I'm going to say the tabard is the exception. I actually really like our current one, but if you're going for a color change I'd say stick with something more neutral... some of the armor for our characters in-game is already a messed up rainbow of colors that don't go together at all, adding another color to the mix would be a bad idea imo. The darker neutral colors tend to tone them down a little bit sometimes and at least don't clash.
I like it the way it is now, but if the colors were to be changed I'd suggest like a charcoal grey or the black that was originally intended, maybe use silver, grey, or white instead of the gold <shrug> would still have to see how it came out first... I haven't really played with it since I've liked the one we have, so those colors are just pictures in my head, no idea whats available or how it would come out looking in game.

Huh? You must not have payed much attention to those pictures at all because that is deffinitely not my character on the screen. lol

I liked the 2nd picture with the white X across the chest. While I do like the blue background, I agree with what you said about a darker color. Maybe a black/ DARK blue background with a white X over it would look good.

the second one from the top is a dark blue with the white and i think that one looks cool also if we like a darker color the last one is a black with a dark blue x which i think is cool. i just dont like the maroon and gold we have now. but im up for suggestions and i can always go and do more and take screen shots for them. but i like the last one we could even go with a black and gold or black and red or something. i tried for something darker bc when i think of exile i think of being in a dark place being in exile ya know. so thats what i was goin for here but ill keep tryin send me some suggestions if u want diff color combos but i refuse to even think about anything pink and will /gquit if pink is there lol. jk.

Yeah I think Magdalena hit the nail on the head, it really should a be a darker color, it would help a ton.... But also like she said, would have to see how it came out first. Req might have called it with black/dark blue back with white X, it might just work.

Specially with some of those rainbow of fruit flavor armor colors out there

i would prefer to stay with the tabbards we have i truely like them and dont see anything wrong with them but i am willing to go with a change if that what everyone wants

for interests sake the bladefist dudes have a black background with a border (can't remember it atm T_T) yellow primary colour and the sunrise thing.

It works pretty well with everything ...............cept lightforge BP (And I'm the guy that had to push the button *cries*)

I do like the dark blue/black/white cross thing though....kinda scottish though don't ya think? :P

the public has spoken and i have delivered. based on the feed back which i have recieved i have made 2 new designs one with a blue back white x and black border andother that is the reverse x white back back blue border idk why i didnt put these in the first batch as i had originally liked the way these looked lol

man...req, help ur boy...one day he is at 53 gold..now he is at like 30s.....then again, paying for that something something from u must be expensive...lol...anyways....

honestly, i don't think the blue thing fits....sorry to say that....it just clashes with everything everyone has...except for tucks....cause he already has multiple colors on his set anyways..it looks fine on him..but man, on a rogue or anything else, it would look odd.....

idk but the whole point of a re design was gettin away from brown gold and red we were lookin from something darker and more neutral like the white blue and black. idk but i persollanlly hate brown maroon and gold but thats just me. i wont be gone that long sean just a week or soo then ill be wowin it up again

My problem with blue is that it doesn't really match anybody's outfits, and I don't like the light blue on dark blue if it has to be blue.

I am in favor of leaving it the way it is, but if we HAVE To change it, I suggest we chang our current border to the furry one and make it blue, make the background black and make the X white similar to one of the pics.

I would at least like to see how that looks.

lol look uo dude thats one of the ones i did although i dont know what furry means but there is one with black b-ground white x blue border which i happen to like anyway the decision will probly go on from here with out me as i am goin home and will be without internet for about a week soo happy decision making
