Question about AB Tokens

Yesterday I found something out and was interested as to whether anyone else found this to be true.
First a little back ground:
I played three games of AB last week and did not receive any Marks of Honor. The rest of our group received them. I spoke with the GM's and they sent them to me via in game Mail. Once I received them I was still not able to retrieve them. I had 20 Marks in my bank and on whim decided to try and turn a few of them in to see if me having 20 in my possession would make a difference. Well it did after I turned in three of them I was able to pick up the ones in my mail box.

So my question is this: Are we only able to have 20 at a time? I thought that we were able to stack them up to 250. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate it.

I found out that the Honor Tokens given out by the BG's are 20 "unique"

Basically you are only able to have 20 of each on each character at a time. So they force you to turn them in more often.

that bites, guess we should just turn them in when we get 3 of them.

I am always too impatient to wait to turn in mine. Consequently, I never noticed that 20 was the maximum.
