I like this one a lot. I would say keep the white X, but either make the background a very dark blue or solid black.
I am in favor of updating the tabbard, and that is my vote.

It's not completely done yet, just something to get up on the website as a placeholder. I'm also considering removing the ranks column and simply indicating the officers of the guild with a different color as a way to direct members to the people that can help them. Well, I just wanted to put this up here as a means for everyone to be able to see the tabards that Tuck designed. Though I do like the new tabards, I hope no one feels that I am pushing this on everyone.
Still have a lot of people whose opinions we haven't heard yet. I will put a poll up soon if it seems that there is a modest interest in the new design.
I'd like to see them with a black background with either white, red, or gold on both the symbol and the border... problem is while I was in there at least the only truely dark background I found was the one we have now... which would lead me to saying no change... I'll try and look again when I get time this weekend... see you all in game
Ok, so to finalize this.. First, answer the poll question of whether you would like to change the tabard or not.
If you choose no, that is all. Nothing more is needed.
If you choose yes, please pick one of the above pictures or link one of your own suggestions. If necessary, reference one of the above screenshots and post changes you would desire in that tabard. I will number all of the screenshots starting with the first post.

If the yes's have it, then we can narrow down the suggested tabbards to just a few and make a new poll to pick the new tabard.
If the general consensus is no, then we leave the tabbard as is.
Let me know if you think this is a bad way of going about doing this. I just want to get all of this resolved.
welp I decided to post my opinion as far as colour changes..
Used the furry border and the light blue colour for the border. The background is that dark blue and the "X" is white.
While I am ok with the old background I am not opposed to change.
