We have disscused setting up a weekly Raffle to help the cost of the potions production for raiding runs.
Each player that wants to help support "which is completely optional" will give 5g to guild bank and then the total will be cut in half and random rolled on at the end of the set time half will go to highest roller that donated and half will goto guild bank.
We are planning on starting this next week meeting wise we will discuss during the week the best time frame for start and finish to raffle.

Interesting idea. 
Every week on Outland when we kill Nefarian, Ragnaros & Onyxia, as soon as the loot has been distrubuted the raid is disbanded, the raid leader then loots the gold from the corpse and sends it to the guild bank. We still share the gold from all the other bosses in MC & BWL but the loot from the end bosses (nef/rag/ony) gives us an income of approx 400g, real sweet.
I dunno if you guys are killing any of those bosses on a regular basis or at all but mebbe summin to think about when you do.

That would be really sweet. We are a ways away from Ragnaros, let alone Nefarian. Just need more people to join the family .
