Gutka,
While I realize that is true, we have been putting up notices constantly for a very long time that they should be watching the forums for current events. Those that are too young to be allowed on the forums such as Alex can have someone else sign them up.
Likely won't be as hard nosed for this first one since it was posted a little late, but definitely look for future lists being planned solely off of who has signed up. The other way has been too chaotic, and hasn't been working. Starting raids at 9-10pm is entirely too late for the majority of our players.
The sign-up for next week is already in place which should leave plenty of time to check the forums and sign themselves up. Since Sakuragi is no longer with us, I will take up organizing next weeks runs. The schedule for them will be based on who has signed up and will be posted before I leave work next Friday so if we don't have enough and one of the groups is on earlier, they can go ahead and get their run started if they'd like to.
If anybody else would like to volunteer to take a rotation in organizing the runs, please send me a PM and I will add you in. Anybody who volunteers will be added to this rotation, however no nominations of others will be accepted.
I won't be a total hardass, but I also won't be as loose as others. I'm giving the opportunity here to have a say in what we do rather than just arbitrarily placing everyone in groups, but if they don't take that opportunity while it's there I have no sympathy for them.
This week however is up to Rlyan. If you're up here and just now seeing this after the sign-up has been locked, speak with him if you will be here and would like a position in one of the raids, only he can answer how he will handle that.
Raid Sign-up - Friday and Saturday May 12-13th
