Alliance Runs this weekend

For those that haven't already heard, we will be having our first joint runs with KoA this weekend. Roll-offs for raid slots are at 1pm sharp, if you're not there you may not get a spot in this weeks raid.
The way the slots are going to be divided:

Each guild has 2 slots guaranteed per class if filled before raid time. At raid time, the remainder from both guilds will roll off for the 5th slot of that class. If one guild is short on a class at raid time, the other guild will fill their slots if available.

While we can't guarantee space if you are on time, it's almost a sure thing if you're not there on time there will not be a space available guys. Due to having to keep the raid group balanced and keep it fair for both guilds, this is the way we had to do this guys.

We are assured to get the following if we show up on time:

2 Priests
2 Druids
2 Warlocks
2 Rogues
2 Paladins
2 Warriors
2 Mages
2 Hunters

Our group will handle filling those slots by roll-off within ssx members of each class if there are more than 2 there at 1:00. This is the fairest way we saw to try and handle this. At 1:30, those that didn't make 1 of the 2 slots we have for their class will roll along with KoA members of the same class for the last class slot.

The raid will likely go until about 5-6pm, depending on when we get to a stopping point.

If you are going to be in the raid, or hope to be... Everyone is expected to be in the Molten Core channel on ventrilo at 1:00. We will not be pulling people into the channel. If you do not have ventrilo, expect that your spot will be filled by someone who does as it will be essential to the raid.
Furthermore, conduct on Ventrilo will be crucial. Seeing as we are hosting the raids on our ventrilo server, it is very important that we set the standard for how things are handled. I know we almost never have problems among our group but I mean more along the lines of being discrete.
It is going to be our policy that the only people that should be speaking on ventrilo, when we are fighting mobs or setting up boss fights is the raid leader and anyone else helping the raid leader. This goes for both guilds. If you need to let everyone know something important like incoming patrols or if someone catches unwanted aggro, go ahead and speak up. For the most part, though, keep other comments and such limited to raid and guild chat, as well as whispers.

Also, if you have any concerns, please bring them up immediately to one of our officers in a whisper.

Also remeber CTRaid assist is required as well, If you dont have it you need to get it, there is a new verson that works with the 1.11 patch.

Guys let me also stress the fact that u need to be there on time, If you show up late to the raid your spot may be filled... we are asking everyone to be online and on vent at 1:00 EST on saterday.
