I contacted Gstatus who was a warlock officer in Iconoclast. Asked him to make mention to any of their players looking for somewhere to migrate to that we were looking for more members for a casual gaming environment. I'm not sure how much will happen from that but we have at least made ourselves known.

As always, when you get into a large guild enviroment, there is always alot of drama, STNY, Icono and some of the other guilds are not immune to this in any way.
Icono got into some drama and the leader decided it was time to call it ( Lok ). I am not too sure on who did it, but someone put up a post on thier website stating that they were dragging thier butts and being too casual in raid ( another Ultra Hardcore person ). Alot of the members took exception to this and the debate started on who is doing what.
So, Lok is clearing out the guild bank and splitting it up amongst the guild members then he is going to move on to another character, keeping the Icono tag for himself so no one else can restart the guild. I am not sure if he is going to continue playing at this point.
You will see some former Icono players running around with the guild name "Lok Disbanded my guild", these are all former Icono players. I am still not too sure what is going to happen to the members at this point. Some are apping to Macabre, others to Saki and the rest are kind of in dead space right now.
This is not the first time that Icono has gone through this. At one point another former guild leader took thier entire guild bank and eBayed the account along with around 15k gold in mats and supplies. Icono bounced back and did alright.
I spoke with a former STNY person in that guild and I believe that most of the guild is going to reform under a different name with another leader and start the process of rebuilding thier guild. I am not too sure at this point and most is speculation.
Hope this clears up some questions.
