For the past 6 weeks we've been doing MC with KoA at 1pm EST until about 4-5pm EST. As was explained to you when you asked, this all came up quick and we needed to come up with another timeslot. We did this through ventrillo and guild chat because this is where 95% of guild activity takes place. Sorry, but even I who am usually on the forums and in IRC on almost a daily basis will not always remember to put everything up here.
Most of us live and die by real time interaction, we try to update and keep up the forums but its not the first thought on our minds.
As I said, this decision was just finalized this past Friday night, at a time where the largest number of players were online and in Vent.
Meetings, Friday nights from 7:30-8, before 20-man runs... officers will meet prior in order to prioritize topics as needed in order to narrow down meeting times.
