Latest Test Server Phase

Post by Padishar »

Thought I would let everyone know that the latest test server phase for patch 1.12 has introduced fully decked out lvl 60's to test out the new revamped Xcross server PvP.

You can copy up to 2 Premade Chars, that are decked out in epics; come with all there powers; 10k in gold; and stacks of potions/regens/etc......

If you want to just want to see what PvP is like decked out (and with the new features) or simply want to see how your char would be with different talents you can do so safely on the test server (and with 10k gold you can switch it up every other second if you want hehe).

I spent a bit of time play a fully decked out Orc Rogue and a Tauren Shaman last night and gotta say both the servers were completely packed and getting into an arathi basan raid was quick an easy (and mad fun).

I can reeeeaaaalllly understand why so much fuss has been over shamans in the past, playing one with full epics and mass owning folks last night, cuz they have an answer to just about everything.... opened meh eyes.

PS. If you copy an alliance char, you can't play horde.... or vice versus. Reason I say this is because you only get to copy 2 chars either yours or premade ones and if you copy an alliance char then copy a horde you just wasted a copy. Enjoy.

Guess that was the end of the phase as patch seems to be going live today

Well I guess since there will be alot of 'down' time today you can always spend a lil time listening to the lead game designer about the past and future of WoW PvP

Its long detailed interview about not only what will happen with this patch, but with the expansion and future patches as well. Good Stuff.

You can find the interview HERE
