Just a few thoughts from me...
WOW is actually the first computer game I've ever played. I'm more or less been against games because they've been more frustrating for me rather than fun. And I would be lying if I say WOW hasn't been frustrating at times, but the people I've been playing with made it worth the once a while frustrations. This game has also been keeping me sane though med school as well. It always helps to take it out in game rather than supress the urge to strangle certain patients in the morning. It has decreased my stress from time to time and the friends I have made has also help me out when personal issues came up. Over all I think I have enjoyed playing this game more than I have expected to because of the group of people that I played with since practally day one when I started to play.
And now, school will be over before I know it and residency will start in July (cross my fingers to get in one, a paticular one), and I'm not sure how much time I can spare to play or just talk to the friends I have made. I'll probably still keep the account open since by then I'll be making money (however small amount) rather than paying, and just pop on once a while to see what's going on. And I can't wait to see what we can do by July. Call me sentimetal or call me a girl, but I hope even after we no longer play the game, we will still keep in touch.
Since this is my last year in med school, I plan to play as much Wow as I can and get into the OR as much as I can, so by the time I'm an intern, I'll be ready to take the s**** work and the 36 hour calls.
So that's my little rant and when graduation time comes in May, all of you are invited, I plan to go out right after graduation ends and have a really good time before moving out.
Thoughts/Rants.
