LiLi aka Babydolly's responsiblities.

What I do currently:
Help Mel with the forums before I head into the dark reading room everyday and after I get out every afternoon to give Mel a break.
Listen to peoples complaints or complaints thats been passed though third parties.
Talk about issues with other officers.
Dealing with new member apps.

While I enjoy the game, there are many times when I need a break from it all. Not because I stop enjoying the game, but because I need to get away from all the noise. What I want to see is us working together as a guild being proud of our accomplishments as a guild.

Some issues I have seen:

1. Loot: Loot is part of the game but it is not all of the game. Keep that in mind. Think about why you play the game. Is it just so you can get that purple item or is it because you enjoy the game because of friends, time away from real life etc. If getting loot is the only reason why you are playing then I suggest you rethink why you joined this guild. Also if you have a problem with loot speak up right then and there. There is a reason why the loot is on free for all. The loot is not passed to another person, they have to go physically pick it up. Which means if you know theres something wrong speak up, and I believe the members of the guild will not go and pick up that item. If you dont want to speak up on vent then message an officer, not the ones that are leading. Im on just about every single raid, so message away and I will speak up for you. Do not bring up loot issues after the fact. By then theres nothing that can be done by the time I hear about it weeks later. While most of you probably will not agree with me on the next bit, I will still bring it up. Purple does not mean everything except probably a tank. I actually play with quite a bit of blues instead of my T1 and I can keep up fairly well. Be nice to each other when it comes to loot because sooner or later everyone will have what they need/want.

2. Raids: Most of us officers are weekend players so if you want a raid during the weekdays step up and post it on GEM, dont ask are there going to be a raid. The weekend raids will be posted up by the officers probably a week or so ahead of time (or at least I have been trying to get them up a week ahead of time). So look on GEM for the time and dont harass an officer about when its going to be.

3. Issues: If you have an issue bring it up. Any officer will listen and theres usually at least one in game or on vent. If none are on, then post on the forums. Dont let issues go on before telling somebody about it. Thats how the game can get to be a burden instead of enjoyment. If you really dont want the issues to be dealt with then dont talk about it with anybody. Keep it to yourself or forget about it. Telling someone about it means that it will eventually come out and by the time it does no one can remember what happened and dealing with it becomes pretty much impossible. Like Ismona said, we are adults so start acting like one. No one is responsible for reading somebody elses mind so if you have problems bring them up and deal with the real issue instead of complaining about every little thing.

I love playing this game and this is the last real year that I get to play a lot, so I will play as much as I can before all my time will be spent at the hospital. However, I refuse to let another person spoil my time to relax. If this game becomes no long fun for me, I will quit like mel or just start on another server or even study for a change.

I didn't fall from grace, I dove.
What do you mean my halo is lopsided, it's balanced perfectly on my horns.
