Just an observation/sugguestion...

I logged on today and saw two new initiates and had no idea who they were or where they came from. So of course I hop over to the recruiting forums to see if I missed something and there's nothing there. I have nothing against inviting people right away into the guild, but can we please still send them to the recruiting forums for an app, so we get to know them a little better at least. It'll be much easier with that info comes voting for membership time. Memories can be refreshed with a simple click of the forums. It is also not very fair to those who have apped and gone though the process seeing people just randomly invited. Of course the exceptions are the very young due to the fact that I hope their parents limit the kids' internet usage.

Okay. Phil and I just had to asshat and gkick an initiate for being extreamly rude saying that there's no way he was going to app because he toped the ZG dmg meeter last night. Please from now on instead of adding people, point them to the forums. Recruiting is fine, but let's get to know these people before we recruit them.

hey, sorry about that. the other initiate is my sister, i can assure you shes a good doobie ... anywho shes going to fill out an app soon, shes already signed up for the website so that she can fill one out she tells me :P

One of the bigest reasons for these apps is to let anyone who reads them a chance to get a little insite about the person apping. this makes it easyer to talk with them and to get to know them, this also make voting on new members easy.
