It's just a reckbombadin, you don't even need to go beyond rank 10 and tuf for that kinda burst >_>;

average-to-below-average skill, semi-decent entertainment value.

He could have killed that first rogue when he had almost full health if he had waited 2 sec for HoJ cd before he did his first bomb =/
