Anychance of a casual player invite?

Even though I'm just a casual WoW player,
its nice to have people chatting in Guild Chat when
you do finally get a chance to play.

Therefore I'm considering reactivating my US account
and moving my two highest level toons to Mannoroth.

If so, would you allow me to skulk around in the guild.

The 2 characters that would be transferring across are
Pally Lvl 43
Warrior Lvl 32
although there is a big chance i'll be rolling a Warlock and Rogue
as I enjoy dabbling in multiple classes rather than just hammering one.

Thoughts?

Well I got my Newbie Rogue into the guild today.

The latency seems to be as I remember it averaging at ca. 250 -300ms
with the odd leap to 600ms.

Btw the names of my toons on Mannoroth are:

Viperous - newbie rogue
Ltash- Lvl 43 Pally (was supposed to be LtAsh but thanks Blizz :shake: )
Greyheart - Lvl 32 Warrior

I'll be after a guild invite for the other 2 at some point,
but no rush as the Rogue will be my main.

As an aside could any Pally tell me what the deal with
Seal of Command is?
As last time I played a pally there was no difference between
each subsequent level.

Seal of command's rank does not effect the damage nor frequency of the proc.
Judgement of Command is effected as is described on the tooltip with a spelldamage coefficient (that'll go over your head but you'll never have to worry about this until you're in your 60s now) around 30% from what I recall.
