Fornost Anyone?

Post by Ozgafen »

Hello all,

First off, as one of the newest members of the kinship let me say thank you for making me feel welcome!

Secondly I was wondering what anyone thought about getting a Fornost expedition going sometime in the near future. Friday or Saturday nights would probably work best since I hear the instance can take a while to work your way through. I have not had the joy of experiencing the friendly and highly sociable creatures that await at Fornost but I do have a whole rack of quests asking me to go check it out. I hear the petting zoo is especially nice this time of year.

From what I have heard the kinship is trying to get raid groups going on Saturday nights so Fornost may have to happen on a Friday evening. On Friday, August 10th I will be having a sleep study done so this week will be out for me but we could try getting it going next week. If a raid group is not able to be assembled this Saturday, August 11th maybe we can hit Fornost then.

If anyone needs to do the quests in Fornost or just wants to come watch the rest of us run around like idiots let me know!

You have a "scheduler" in your house also? The trick is to get the honey-do list done during the week, that way it removes any excuses for the eminent "But there is so much to get done around here!" comments. Mowing the lawn after getting home from work is a pain but man does it pay off later!

I've done one, maybe two quests in the outside portion of Fornost so I'd be interested in going.

DD today and Fornost tonight or Saturday. Bink will not be coming back, so expect a few hours in Fornost to clear it. :thumb:

I'll be ready, last night I tried to get most of the outside stuff done to open up all the quest lines. I probably missed a few things though.

Yes, the Fornost run was great fun.

Yes, it went on into the wee hours of the morning (6am EST).

NO, I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN!

Everyone was great, not a lot of mistakes and hardly any accidental agro. Well, there was a couple I caused but we dont need to get into that. Stupid trolls.

Thanks again to Bink (Syro), Wulfsmark, Jeredoc, Sidey and Syros friend (Whos name I am now forgetting) for the great time. We were able to complete all the major quests as well as the brutally annoying Freeing the Spirits quest. At the end of it all I even managed to ding 45 after quest turn-ins! Lookout class quests, here I come!
