Some interesting bits of tid from the most recent Dev Chat found here:

- Will horse combat be implemented? Not just yet.
- Book 11 will be a free download and not a paid expansion and is due out in the October/November time frame.
- Book 11 will include player housing.
- The level cap will be raised in the paid expansions (No word on dates.).
- Book 12 will include some sort of player appearance manipulation, like hair cuts and trait additions.
- Devs advice: Dont buy gold or accounts nor should you sell gold or accounts, bannings aplenty.
- The ability to track resource nodes while riding player horses will be added with Book 10.
- The new horses that will become available in Book 10 will be given out as rewards for achieving high levels of Reputation and/or PvMP Rank. They will be entirely new horses that will have to be purchased from their associated vendors. I have to give mad props to our Art Team. They look awesome!
- Kinships can buy their own houses for communal use. We might look into kinship neighborhoods in the future. Neighborhoods are instances, and not open to the whole server.

Sounds like we need to start saving up for a Kinship house. Ill forward a few silver to who ever we pick to be the Kinship Treasurer who will then invest the funds in the AH Market. My cousin is a fund manager out of Rivendell and he recommends Dwarf Iron futures. After an appropriate amount of interest has accumulated a Building Committee will need to be created to ensure the Blue Mountain Contractors Union constructs the facility to our specifications. Of coarse some of the funds will have to be diverted to the City of Bree Occupation License Managers to ensure a timely opening of our facility and to smooth over any zoning encroachments. Once all that is done we may actually have a decent place to gather after a long day of instancing and raiding for relaxing and story telling, assuming the Hobbits next door keep the noise down!

Tell me where to send the funds I have a couple extra gold... I don't spend much.... although I may have to buy that Azgoth Talon, CD is hard for me to commit to since it take so long... but I still will have enough to donate... for sure!!! That would be way cool... and I love the comments at the end Oz, that was great... reminds me of another great story I used to read.... I'd like to hear more on that Oz!!!
