The Rift - 12 Man Raid

[Palehorseman]

Friday night Lee, Palehorseman and Sidey went into the Rift with members from Wrath of Darkness. The start was bad, we wiped 3 times before the first boss due to their LM aggroing the mobs before anyone was ready. But on boss 3....

Sidey won the roll and got SSX's FIRST EPIC from the Rift!!!!

Unfortunately, it was now very late due to all the wipes and Sidey had to go. I captured comments that the WOD kin made about Sidey in a screenshot and they were very immature. This after Sidey had stayed an hour past his quit time (because of the wipes) just to help and had also gathered together all the additional players that made the raid possible.

Several wipes later at the fourth boss, Lee had to go. His repair bill was getting huge because their healer didn't think it necessary to heal those outside his kin and a mere Champion at that.... hmmm

Since I only wear cheap pajamas for armour and they had to heal me or wipe, I decided to stay on. I won the roll after boss 5.. WOOOT! Becoming the second member of SSX to get an EPIC from the Rift.

Between Pale, Sidey and Lee we should have the first 5 bosses mapped out now for SSX's Rift run. We have much more talented people who work in a team a lot better.

Can't wait till we can make a Kin only run!

Very cool! Wtg guys. Gratz on winning the drops,

I don't know Wrath of Darkness. Was their leader or any officers with them?

All kin run this coming weekend? I am stoked about doing The Rift.

Sorry I missed the fun Friday night! If there is going to be another attempt made this weekend please post it here, I am very interested in attending. I will not be on Friday evening but Sat/Sun should be fine.

Can we get a basic report about the look and feel of the instance?
