More alliances surrender.

[Kon]

Many other alliances are now starting to back out of the war.

On our side:
Hegemony of Protectorate States (HPS) - A small alliance of about 150k NS who entered the war to help us out. They lasted a day longer than us, but in the end were overwhelmed as well.
Alliance of Neutral Armadas (ANA) - Another small alliance of under 400k NS.
United Blue Directorate (UBD) - A medium-sized alliance of almost 700k NS.
Carpe Diem - The largest alliance to surrender so far, at over 2 mil NS.

The enemy coalition:
PG-13 - An alliance of around 500k NS.
Communist Party of Cyber Nations (CPCN) - CN's last communist alliance since Socialist Empire disbanded last week (thank God). Around 1.5 mil NS.
International Protection Agancy (IPA) - A great group of people who ended up on the wrong side due to treaty obligations. They are just over 500k NS.
The Centurion Brotherhood (TCB) - The largest Pink Team alliance at 2 mil NS.
