So what happened here? Is this a tech raid? This guys has applied for membership in GGA, which I assume is Grand Global Alliance, a very powerful alliance. Could be that he applied to deter a response. Maybe he is an alliance jumper.

Kahn, do you know what is happening here. I am in a decent position for a small scale war. If it grows too much or brings in some big guns, I won't last long.

Your call, I can attack him as soon as you give the green light.

He appears to be a malcontent just looking for some action. He is currently involved in four wars.

I hope we get to do some of the heavy lifting here.

I am happy to attack him. One of us should respond. Any disagreement?

I'll go in with you, if we get the go-ahead. What kind of procedure do we have for things like these? (Are we going to set some kind of precedent with our actions in this case?)

My feeling is that this is retaliation for an unprovoked attack on an alliance member. Seems that defending our members has to be the bedrock or an alliance. If we can not protect ourselves, what have we got?

He currently only has 2 slots open for us to attack him so I believe it will be me and Messiah who declare war tomorrow (I don't have the funds for my troops at the moment).

As for the reason, its just defending our alliance. It seems he has started 2 other wars just due to random attacks as well so he deserves a good beating.

As it stands myself and Messiah are both much stronger than he is and I expect he will be thrown into anarchy in just 1 attack. After that we can just sit on him till he declares peace with everyone.

Ok I attacked him twice and put him into Anarchy, I still think its worth Messiah throwing his weight as well just to make sure he gets the point.

But hes down to a tiny fraction of his force at the moment and doesnt seem to have much cash on hand so you should only need a small force to deal with him.

I attacked Travian. Losses were minor. Dropped his inf below 1000, his military to around 1300 soldiers, and his technology to 26. I got very little cash out of him. Unless he has back taxes to collect, he is cash poor right now.

He is at peace with Kahn now. I am not sure if peace is automatically declared after so much inactivity, but it looks as though Kahn still hasn't been online.

How many days do we want to keep this up? How far down do we want to take him? With his current inf and if he has friends, it won't take him too terribly long to rebuild. I suggest taking him down to about 250 in infrastructure. Thoughts?

Tell him to make reparations for the attack on Kahn (mony, tech, something) and you will cease hostilities

Wachter is at him, too. We really need to know Kahn's losses before we can issue reparation terms, I think. Anyone have any ideas?

Should you choose not to comply, the issue will be escalated to Nueva Vida for consideration and redress. I thank you for your timely attention and response to this issue.

I suggest we hit him daily until he responds. Thoughts?

Two ways you could do this, that's one of them, the other is to show you can have restraint and give him x amount of time.

If he is willing to pay reparations no sense in limiting his ability to pay for them since the war expired

I suggest we both stay at war but halt all attacks.

Tell him not to increase his military until reparations have been paid at which point we will declare peace.

I think I agree with Isileth. He wants to try and hide behind the terms of our surrender agreement. If he is a party to the agreement, then he has violated the terms and we are freed from the restrictions regarding this instance. If he is not a party to the agreement, we are not bound to honor the agreement in respect to his aggression.
