Trade with Oz

Post by Inquisitor »

I hope Oz sees this before tomorrow AM, need to trade with someone as I lost another trade partner, or I will owe more than I collect starting tomorrow morning.

Sorry to hear that Inquisitor. Do you have enough cash on hand to pay taxes for a while? I'd delay collection as long as possible. You won't realize the loss unless you collect.

I haven't looked for a while, but is anyone getting traction on new trade circles at NV? Is Raasaa working anything out?

I can float you some cash if needed? Will you have available slots?

Sorry, dude. I really want to trade in the alliance, but I don't see how it is going to happen. I feel bad that it is having such a negative impact on your nation.
I hope you can find a trade circle. I looked around the NV forums but didn't see anything just now. I'll keep my eyes open.
I was feeling like Sisyphus in trying to piece together these trade circles. I really thought we were going to finish that last one.

Sorry again.

It was a cascade affect from the dissolution of the original trade, Vince, don't worry too much about it.

I have no money Mess, been trying to recover from that loss incurred by Chingaria dropping me without warning after Jericho pulled the trade circle, so I have been spending on inf, the aid we got was about 1/4th what I needed to get back to 27k citizens, which as it turned out was a mistake to try and do with this kind of bill.

At this rate, I am down about 150k a day between collection amount and bills. I am probably going to have to decommission my military to break even, so I will be a potential target. I haven't actually run the numbers yet if that will save me, but its a possibility.

No sign of any trades, yet, I posted again on NV, maybe someone will feel sorry for me.

All in all it sucks :)

-edit-
Oz just accepted, which lets me break almost exactly even, Collecting 1,077,something, owe 1, 022, something.

Ouch, I'm so sorry! :smack: :( I've done whatever I could think of to help or at least make it easier.

I just sent some aid out today. Give me another couple of days and I can float $3mil your way.

Mess and I did a mini audit of sorts, and he floated me some aid. I trashed some improvements that hadn't been liabilities before but became bad things and invested in some pop happiness, think I am ok for now between Oz's trade and Mess' help yesterday.

I decided to do an audit myself. I dropped churches for labor camps, which resulted in 10 point happiness loss, but boosted my after-bill income by 9%. I'll be able to recoup the costs of the change in under a week.

Do you recommend a labor camp or two for us wee nations?

I suggest using CNextended and picking the best based on that, labor camps become better later on. Early on banks, schools stadiums and factories are your best bet.

The Labor Camp made sense when I bought it, when I lost the trades it became a huge liability as it turned out.
