SSX Tech Deal - please read.

Nueva Vida is gearing up for a new round of tech deals. It is time for many of us to sign up if we are going to participate.

As of the 11th, we will have three tech buyers in the SSX - myself, Isileth, and Inquisitor. We also have at least three sellers interested in tech deals - Kahn, Syro and Vince. We are now able to set up our own, SSX only tech deal.

There are many benefits to an SSX only tech deal. It is less likely to become derailed when a nation or nations withdraws. We have more flexibility in working within our own alliance and fewer repercussions should one of our members have trouble meeting tech deal obligations. We are keeping our resources in the alliance and all aid directly benefits alliance members, creating greater alliance strength.

A 3x3 tech deal is immediately possible. The same day tech deal transfers would provide over 1 million in discretionary cash to our sellers and 100 tech to our buyers every 10 days. It would also leave us all with 2 extra slots available for side deals or emergency aid.

What do you think? I have had two separate tech deal with Nueva Vida. Those guys work really hard to create opportunities for us, and I appreciate it. Unfortunately, through no fault of NV, both of my deals have had problems and neither was fully functional. I, for one, would much rather conduct a deal here. If, however, we can not muster the needed six members, we have more who wish to participate, or some of us really want to stay with NV, I would suggest that we take our partially or fully assembled tech deal to NV and ask them to administer it with the condition that we all stay in the same deal.

Sure, would love to be able to have some secure deals within SSX.

Hopefully can still set up the other 2 slots within the SSX as tech farming deals as well

Can you commit to buying tech on the 15th, Quis? We need to let NV know ASAP. They have been good to us and I do not want to pull out of the tech program at the last minute.

Depends on these trades. This whole trade thing is generally pissing me off. Out of all the partners signed up, one has apparently flaked entirely and the other is MIA. That said, I am still positive cash flow, so I can have 3M ready whenever.

This will be a standard 3x3 tech deal. $3 million in cash for 100 tech every 10 days.

January 15th - $3 million cash transfers:

Messiah to Syro
Isileth to Kahn
Inquisitor to Wulfsmark

January 15th - 50 tech transfers:

Syro to Isileth and Inquisitor
Kahn to Messiah and Inquisitor
Wulfsmark to Messiah and Isileth

Repeat on the 25th.
Repeat on Feb 4th.

Etc.

This will leave everyone with 2 free slots. Is everyone comfortable with this deal? I will notify NV unless I have an objection by noon Monday. NV will be asked to remove all of you from the current round of tech deals.

Vince, I'll wait list you for an open spot in this deal if someone withdraws.

I've contacted Raasaa at NV regardin our tech deal here. If you have registered at NV, expect to be removed from the latest round of tech deals there.
