Dangit, I screwed up. I didn't pay attention to the fact that Syro had not accepted the aid I sent, and I dropped below the 3 million mark while spending. I'll not have the cash until tomorrow morning. Sorry everyone. I blew it.

Meh, it's fine. Something always happens. I think I may have had 2 or 3 tech deals that ever went 100% right. And they were all simple tech farming deals.

I've sent out my first 50 tech to whomever accepts first.

Does aid cycle from the offer date or the acceptance date? If it cycles from the offer date, we are fine. Otherwise, we are delayed.

It's 10 days after the offer date.

If someone hasn't accepted after 10 days the offer is automatically canceled.
