Just checking with those who are tech buyers, I'm considering to start buying tech once I'm in the 4000 range of infra. Is that ok or should I do it later on? How many tech should I have as well before I buying in tech deals, meaning how many should I buy on my own before I need to depend in tech deals to avoid the high cost?

I started buying tech at 3999 infra, myself. Though I know that a lot of people say it is a good idea to start even earlier.
