Already we don't have enough sellers to meet demand even if all potential sellers were involved.

So if Kahn is able to get in touch with those who sold tech last time and see if they have anyone who is happy to fill in the slots that would help.

I was planning on starting up the tech matrix we set up last time again, provided that all the non-SSX people are still on board. I see where you are coming from in getting people to sign up voluntarily to make sure that they are all active and willing, but frankly I think that participation in tech deals is something that we're going to have to make sure that everyone in SSX takes part in, even if they are not so forum active. It is the only way to get those people up to par with the rest of the alliance.

Yeah if the old deal can go again that would be great, but it seemed we had a few problems with nations not sending tech or money so I wasn't sure if everyone was on board.

I think all of the SSX peeps will participate. Send an in-game e-mail to everyone and have them check out the forums for details.

No real progress has been made on the tech deal because nobody has taken the initiative to do anything with it. I've been busy wrapping up school. Isi and Messiah are also government, and SSX isn't exactly the most rigid organization, so really any member can do something if most people agree that it should be done. If nobody else has done anything yet, I will get on this. Fear not, the rest of you can keep snoozing.
