I have removed the account, and imposed a couple of bans that should hopefully keep him away in future. Hopefully, this will be the last we see of him.

The same guy has also tried a few more times that I caught before they made their way to this thread.
I'm gathering data slowly, to enable more to impose more effective measures (though it is admittedly disappointing that they got around the ones already in place - clearly a human rather than a bot).
