The PC version of the best GTA yet has finally arrived!
It brings many improvements and new additions to the game (like the PS4/Xbox One versions did but even more so) such as a complete visual overhaul, 4K support, denser traffic, new wildlife, custom radio, first-person mode etc etc.
Looks absolutely stunning and runs silky smooth as well!
With first-person and a HUD toggle you can expect many more screenshots from me heh - As such I've created this thread for them as to not spam the 2015 thread

Nothing beside remains. Round the decay

The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Great pics.
I've got it preloaded but not had a chance to drop in to it yet but will be doing so this evening.. Truth be told if it wasn't for the fact I'd just get roped in to baby related activities at home I would have booked today off work and spent a very happy day with this game.
We also need to get a crew together for online play

Great stuff. Might need to shut down the exiles group though in case it gets confusing
I've got a few mates that look like they're going to be playing. I'll steer em our way as well

I've added a status update to the exiles one pointing to the new crew, hopefully that will do the job
Some screenshots from today:
They've done such a great job on this I can't stress that enough, you wouldn't know it was originally a last-gen title when you see it in action. Has been a while coming but definitely worth it I would say!
Gonna stick a vid on to upload overnight if I can too (of the first job/heist). So much fun
[Edit: And it's up]

GTA5 is awesome. I can see it being cited as a contributory factor to child neglect in the inevitable court case that will follow.
Taken the liberty of updating the crew emblem's star to something a little more "shattered"
Oh and Lovehammer is one my mates in case anyone was wondering where he came from.

I tried re-creating the star in there myself (with a transparent background rather than black) but it didn't turn out very well
Figured Lovehammer was a friend of yours, that's cool. Nice to have him with us
Few more pics!

Had a little play about with the Rockstar editor & director mode this evening:
Tis only a short vid as I was just trying it out for the first time really, seeing how it works and all. May try and do a longer vid of something though
(Music is "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac btw, just incase you didn't know!)
Really powerful tool actually, wasn't expecting there to be so many options in there.

Given the racing fan in you I'm surprised you didn't know it more from BBC's Formula 1 tbh but maybe that's more of a British thing. Your Dad has good taste though in that case, I'll be seeing them in the summer
Honestly, I hate so much of todays music. Sure there's still some decent stuff out there (really looking forward to the new albums from Muse & Mumford & Sons for example) but off the top of my head I don't think any of my favourite bands or artists were formed in the last decade or whatever. I mean, even Muse have been around longer than that. They may date back to the 60s but there's no one today who I'd put anywhere near the likes of Pink Floyd, The Beatles or Led Zeppelin for example. We just don't tend to get bands like that anymore...

Well, if being a fan of arguably the biggest, most successful and influential band in the history of music (The Beatles) makes me old, along with legends like Pink Floyd & Led Zeppelin - not to forget their guitarists; David Gilmour & Jimmy Page, two of the greatest guitarists ever. Lennon & McCartney for songwriters too.. Then so be it.
The Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd) is still one of the best-selling albums of all time as well.
(Speaking of getting old. I actually turn 30 tomorrow... First birthday since my Dad passed :/)
I'll happily continue to listen to and appreciate legends & classics like that. When they were recorded/released makes no difference to me, same with movies. I'd rather that than listen to most of the shite that's in the charts and on the radio these days. The world can happily keep One Direction!
So who are some of your favourite bands, artists and guitarists then, SL33PY?
Then back on topic to GTAV

/me wonders if SL33PY is actually a fan of 1D, or he's just stopped responding...
Anyhow, back to GTA.
Do any of you have an apartment in GTA Online yet? I just got mine ^^
Exterior | View from one side
Full view of the main floor | Studio & Heist Room
Stairwells
Living Room | Downstairs Bedroom (there's a bathroom & closet here too but not pictured)
Kitchen | Dining
Garage (can store 10 cars)
Pretty cool
