Creating new posts

Originally, I intended only for the arbiter to post new posts here, and to keep them very specific to "policy" or "organizational" issues.

If we do this all right, this forum should rarely be used.

We've had topics that needed to be discussed with the membership only before, and I assume we'll have them in the future as well.

I don't want to restrict internal conversation and dialogue. Leave the forum as it is. There are no downsides to how it is now.

Sorry didn't mean for this to be a big thing it was purely a mis-assumption by myself about the role of the members forum..

I have seen people posting messages in here and thought it was open to all to start topics. In the spambot thread esd has cleared that up with the whole post in other forum and move the thread bit... and despite the original questions I had (which were really just 90% curiosity), I do believe it should stay as is.
