Is it the same thing? Didn't catch a connection in the links.

The average rating is pretty good for that type of a movie. Haven't seen Wonderful Days myself though.

Yeah, Sky Blue and Wonderful Days are both one and the same movie. Possibly just different translations, not sure though. Anyway, it's the first I've heard about it myself. A-L took a shot at it, maybe I will too.

I'll check it out, thx for the suggestion.

On the flip side has anyone seen SteamBoy? Came out last year by the same director that made Akira. Just wondering if it is worth it.

All in all it's not a bad film, but it's nothing to shout about.

They use a mix of 3D animation and 2D people, and it works quite well, but this has been done so much better since, it's hard to not notice that it's a little dated while watching.

The story line is ok, but it's a little predictable and nothing really surprising happens.

Watch it if you get the chance, but don't go out of your way.

Like AppleSeed? Mixing 3D Animation with Anime.

If it's anything like AppleSeed, I will difinitely try to check it out.

Anyone can verify this?
I always believed that the core of what made SSC great in the past, is here in the present and future of the SSX.
