Hey guys,
Looking to hold a guild meeting on vent (those without mics listen to discussions and reply in chat). Couple of the topics I thought we'd go through:
General direction/goals the guild wants to take.
Current raid schedules.
Guild bank contents (possibly making public to guildies somehow)
General questions/concerns roundtable
(Feel free to add items you'd like up, I just put up some general items here.)
Also would like to try and get together for a group snapshot to post up!
More than likely this will only take a few minutes, but that depends on how much everybody has that they want to discuss and how quickly a joint decision can be made...

I missed out on the discussion. Any updates maybe about what was brought up or talked about?

Sorry for the delay.
I was going to post a thread sooner on this topic but have been sick as a dog in bed the past few days and am still sick but I am upright at least
Most of the meeting was on different Raid groups and what to do or how to handle certain respecs of each.
The meeting also encompased the fate of Tribulation and if he would be welcomed back or not.
A motion was put forward to give him another shot (on a tight leash), since his getting 'backdoored' so to speak was not how we do things and there was no defined probation period.
Unfortunately, due to the actions that caused the earlier vote in the first place and then later the great offense taken from behaviors after his release from the group....
A majority vote by all WoW SSX members (not a select group of individuals/officers), establishes that he is unwelcome back to the group.
Backstory:
An upsetting change of events lead to a vote to remove Trib from the group a few weeks ago. The group is farely new and didn't know that we do not hold private (old boys club) votes to 'backdoor' people....
Their improper procedure of his removal, however, does not excuse Trib's behavior. This past weekend vote shows that iff things had gone down as they are suposed to, with an open vote amongst all WoW full members, the outcome would still have been the same.
With all that said I want to make something clear (This is a general statement not directed at any one person).
This is the SSX, we are eXiles for a reason.
The SSX at no time warrents being an 'asshat'...... period
That means at no time is anyone allowed to be a jerk as long as they don't break rule A B or C.
Because guess what? Rule A is don't be a jerk.
Understand?
Interpretations of how our procedures should go down AT NO TIME allows you to go off if you feel slighted.
If you have been or feel slighted, then come to the moderators here or our arbitor to help sort things out.
Don't just go off on everyone.
You will often find that support for your cause will be stretched extremely thin after you have offended the majority of your 'peers'.
If for some reason you don't know or understand how we do things here I will simplify everything.
Bottom line:
Rules -
A. Don't be Asshat.
B. Refer to rule A.
Regardless of how we 'used' to do things or interpretations of said 'rules', it is expected of each of us to ALWAYS treat each other with respect. Period.
Questions? Comments?
Also, feel free to correct me if I have stated anything improperly.
This is not an open invitation to flame however, as your post will be still be moderated.
Good Journey
