The problem has been identified by microsoft being vulnerable in Internet Explorer only therefore immediately I recommend people use Firefox www.getfirefox.com
There is NO PATCH for this exploit and microsoft has stated full details of the hack which uses a vulnerablility in VML when displaying vector graphics which allows the hacker to run code on your system.

Microsoft has issued a temporary workaround which is to unregister vgx.dll on your system. To do this open the Run box and type:
regsvr32 -u "%ProgramFiles%Common FilesMicrosoft SharedVGXvgx.dll
Impact of Workaround: Applications that render VML will no longer do so once Vgx.dll has been unregistered.
To undo this type:
regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%Common FilesMicrosoft SharedVGXvgx.dll
Update and make sure your anti virus is active. The code may be new but the keyloggers which are installed are crude and old which should be picked up by your security.
I hope this helps people if they havn't already done or seen the workaround before.
Ahem, workaround for the keyloggers.
