Hey all, this is something I have just started trying out, and I would have to say it is interesting at least. As always, CCP has come up with a way for players to rule the Invention side of EVE. Invention being the reverse engineering of blueprints to try and make something better. Anyways, all you do is scan out hidden spots in space, using scan probes, these probes come in 4 different signal types and 4 different ranges per each type, and one multispectral probe that lets you know if there is anything in the system to begin with. There are many resources to be used for this type of stuff if you are interested, in game there is a channel called Exploration, that has a link to the IGB for DNightmare's exploration database, still in the building phases, but grows daily. He has a good video that can be viewed OOG that shows the stuff yoy should be trying to do. Also, to start it off there is a forums thread as well:

If you have any questions feel free to ask me in game or reply here, so far I have found a coulpl of hidden complexes that were just like mission plexes for the most part, no real good loot but one was 4M in minerals for a drone and another was over 10M in bounties that I ran with another Explorer called Biltic Creen, thats where i lost the Drake a few days ago hehe. But the best find so far was the hardest, I spent 2 days and over 8 hours scanning for a gravimetric signal that ended up being a :
Exploration - Large- Crokite-Dark Ochre-Gneiss Belt
With all of it mined now the official refine is worth over 100M (97M for the Zydrine alone) :D Thanx to Chevalier for his asistamce mining on Saturday. was in a 0.1 system so the rats were cruiser to BC size.
