Yuki has been hacked

This post is not meant in anyway to emberrass, insult or upset anyone in any way. This post is only to inform those on Yuki's friends list the following.

This afternoon Yuki's account was hacked. most of her characters were transfered to Hellscream and alot of her items and money have been stolen.

Yukirina is still in Mannoroth and the Dev's and GM's have been spoken too. Until further notice, please do not give anything to any of Yuki's characters until this situation has been sorted out.

Also, for security reasons, please go into your account info and delete your credit card information after every mothly payment. This will prevent account and character transfers while you are offline. If possible, continue to use game cards. Also, run software that will scan for Keyloggers, spyware and Malware. I know that there are some that are not as diligent with this as others. This should be a reminder to all of us to keep on top of that.

Hey, good idea.

I just canceled my subscription and the CC information went away. Good one. If I were to ever get hacked, only my ingame crap would suffer, and I don't care about that.

Thank you for the update Ismona. I am sorry that it happened to Yuki!!! Hope things get sorted out soon for her.

This is how it usually works, Blizzard will pretty much just recover one charters armor, but no gold and all the rest have to stay with there boxers.....its unfortunate but blizzard wont put to much care into it

as of now all my characters have been trasnferred back... the items are slower but i am glad that blizzard came though.. i've reformatted and placed 4 antiwirus/spyware programs.. a bit much but

safe then sorrie... anyways i'm backa nd glad to be back.. i am glad u guys offered your understanding... as always i am more then happy to help anyone out

Glad to hear they have at least got your chars back to ya so far.
Hopefully you can get most of your stuff back as well, seems like it should be possible from a back up or save point or what not.
Less us know how things go m8.

Sorry again, that stinks.

Am going to take this down now that chars are back under your control.
