Jen apparently had a bad day and it took some guess work to figure out she didn't want me to play video games, but I finally did...

no worries. the instance went great....right up until the end...where we all died three times. i think it was mainly because eli was distributing beer to everyone beforehand and several people had their wits muddled.

didnt beat it. we kept running out of power and the conjunctions weren't working in there for some reason.

We need to try and do those long instances like Sunday during the day

Yes Ivar is tricky boss. We just kept running out of power. A captain would help out a lot with this boss.

Yes Sunday is a good time for everyone to log on early as possible so we can do this long instances and get most of out the way. We can also try to help out people who still need them.

I have been on 2 successful runs with 8-10 attempts. Both successful runs had a conjunction near the end of battle, and we all went blue for power. So far, the only difference I have seen between success and failure has been the conjunction.

Also, the entire party must go into the battle area when he attacks or the dread penalty will be insane for trying to fight him from outside. We had huge dread on the second attempt for being outside too long.
